Many documents can be found in our Documents section of the website. Bylaws – These describe the responsibilities and rules about how meetings must be held. Rules and Regulations –These are more detailed specifics about rules that members of the community must follow to be in accordance with the CC&Rs. and much more.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to our community website. To our residents, both current and future, we welcome you to explore our website and learn more about who we are as a community. Should you have any questions during your visit, please feel free to contact us.
NOTICE FROM CORE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT REGARDING THE CORONAVIRUS AND THE ACTION WE ARE TAKING Due to the Covid 19 pandemic we are experiencing and the suggestions from the CDC and other officials, Core will be closing the office and we will be working remotely from our homes. You may not see us out on the property as much as we have been, but we will still be taking care of your property, although service requests may take a bit longer to be addressed. That being said, we need ALL residents to rely on the website for updates and requests and most importantly making your HOA payments. Here is the information for the website again and how to log in. If you have problems, please email or call us or if you have an issue with getting your payments to us. Email will be the easier option. Our email address is: office@corehoa.com. https://www.mutualpaypropertypay.com/ (this can be found on the website under HOMEOWNER SERVICES, MAKE A PAYMENT, ONLINE PAYMENT). You will need to log in again to this site. We recommend that you use the same user ID and password for both sites and write them down. You will need these 3 pieces of information to set up your online payment (which can also be found on the website): Management ID: 2147 Association ID: WC Acct #: see statement or check online We may not be able to pick up mail from the Post Office so please use the online payment process. Even bank bill pay will be tricky because those checks are mailed to the Post Office. We also ask that you NOT use the drop box if your property has one as that will not be monitored for the time being. Social distancing. Many experts are urging people to practice “social distancing,” which is the idea of maintaining a roughly 6-foot distance between other people. It also means limiting nonessential travel, avoiding public transportation when possible, working from home, and skipping social gatherings. Meetings and events. The CDC has recommended against any gatherings of 50 or more people through the middle of May. Other experts have recommended avoiding groups of 10 or more individuals through at least the end of April. These are the reasons why we are canceling nonessential meetings. It’s also why we are looking into options to allow Association members to tune into Board and Association meetings remotely when they resume. If you get sick. Medical authorities are strongly urging all persons who exhibit symptoms to stay home and avoid public spaces unless you need medical care. You also should separate yourself from other people and pets in your home. If you need to need to visit a doctor or get tested for COVID-19, develop a plan before you go: Call ahead before visiting your doctor. Wear a facemask if you are sick. Cover your coughs and sneezes. Clean your hands often. Avoid sharing household items, such as utensils, plates, glasses, and towels. Clean all “high-touch” surfaces, such as counters, tables, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, phones, keyboards, and remotes. It is also incumbent upon residents to take this situation seriously and do their part to minimize the spread of this deadly disease. The Association highly encourages you to review safety guidelines and look for updates from the CDC, Utah Department of Health, other local health departments, and the World Health Organization. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Stay safe and healthy. Please let me know if you have any other problems or need anything else!
